An opportunity has recently come up for me to play again. Nothing earth shattering, not even a gig in the true sense but more of a jam session for a friends birthday party in August. I have to admit I'm really looking forward to it. Its been way too long and I have really missed playing music. So I pulled out the old kit over the weekend and started a bit of a refurbishment. When I'm down in Vancouver in a couple weeks I'll have to stop into Long & McQuade or Pacific Drum Center for some bits and pieces.
I even pulled out the old acoustic guitar as well, maybe I'll get a lesson or two.....
